What is the best way to bring out silicone and oil? Thank you!

Oil can be removed using adsorptive or coalescing - depending on what type of oil is it, free oil or colloidal 
Silica or Silicon? 
This  will depend on, if the Silica or  soluble or colloidal - you can use UF to separate the Silica
