Mr. Wyplosz has over 15 years’ experience with water and waste water related projects contracted according to FIDIC Contracts: Design-Build (Yellow Book) and Construction (Red Book) and Design, Build and Operate type of contract (Golden Book) and over 26 years professional working experience in contracts procurement, construction supervision & contract management of large scale infrastructure projects (sewage and water pipelines construction, drainage systems construction, extension & rehabilitation, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, intakes, deep sea discharge, pumping stations, river/highways crossings) in Poland / Ukraine / Russia / Germany / China / UK / Denmark / Romania / Georgia / India / Turkey as Principal Designer, Consultant, Resident Engineer, Team Leader , and Auditor.
Piotr has excellent knowledge of and experience with PRAG procedures; in depth working knowledge about contracts financial performance and clearing, cash flow charts and financial controlling e.g. using Earned Value method; in depth knowledge over Contract Procurement process: Feasibility Studies & Bid Documents preparation.
Practical knowledge in approval of progress payments to Contractors, evaluation and processing of variation orders and handling of changes and Contractor's Interim Payment Applications. In depth knowledge at management of teams of local and international engineers on high budget infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, liaison and negotiation skills – extensive experience on Claims and Conflict Management Dispute Adjuration Board - DAB procedures).
