As Market Segment Leader for Industrial Water at Royal HaskoningDHV South Africa, I help clients to understand their water problems and provide innovative solutions to ensure business continuity and long term sustainability – because sustainability and profitability go hand-in-hand!

I’m passionate about collaborating on innovative solutions and smart water technologies for industry. Water is a scarce and precious resource! My aim is to make a difference by helping clients to improve their water efficiency, achieve compliance with local bylaws, reduce their water footprint through reuse and recycling, achieve long term sustainability in terms of water security and raise overall awareness about our scarce water resources.

In my 12 years in industry, I’ve built lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, role-players and stakeholders public and private. Together, we’ve adapted to changing environmental and economic conditions, tried new things, taken calculated risks, and come up with creative, practical solutions to every day water challenges. I’ve been fortunate to work across multiple industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, nuclear, food & beverage, and in all phases of industrial projects from upfront feasibility studies, conceptual, basic and detail engineering design, procurement, construction supervision and operations. Many of the projects I've been involved in have been successfully implemented in countries such as the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Hong Kong and locally in Southern Africa.
