It seems a shame to be building more of the old outdated WWTP. The current technology of using microbes only to clean water and waste water is low cost and 100% effective. It would also be helpful to change the word bacteria to microbes. There are after all 3 main groups. Archaea, Bacteria, Fungi. The use of chlorine has been found to be detrimental to all life. If you doubt this try drinking one gallon of bleach.
